User Data Deletion Instructions

Rowter Solution respects your privacy. You may request deletion of personal data that Rowter Solution controls in connection with this website or the Zivmery Messaging Gateway.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@rowtersolution.com.lk with the subject “Data deletion request”.

2. State which Rowter Solution service you used and provide only the minimum account or contact identifier needed to locate your data.

3. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, approval codes, access tokens, or message contents.

4. If necessary, we will ask for limited additional information to verify that you are the data subject or an authorized representative.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days. After identity verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal data under our control within 30 days and confirm completion by email. If more time is reasonably required, we will explain the reason and provide an updated timeframe.

Some information may be retained where required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or enforce agreements. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and removed when the applicable obligation ends.

This process covers information controlled by Rowter Solution. Data independently controlled by Meta or WhatsApp must be managed through their own privacy and account tools.
